We always take great care to package your items well

if when the item arrives you are simply unhappy with it for any reason, let us know as soon as you can, certainly within 7 days of receipt and we will ask you to return it to us for a refund.

Of course if the item(s) arrive damaged we will uplift the item at our own expense and either replace it if possible or refund you if you prefer, again.please let us know as soon as you can, certainly within 7 days of receipt.

When you are returning goods to us, the customer is responsible for packaging the goods well, so they will survive the journey, where possible please us the packaging the goods arrived in.
